Upgrade Logging Stack on 2025-01-15: Kibana deprecated

We would like to inform you, that we will update the OpenShift Logging Stack on both zones to v6.1.
This means that Kibana is no longer supported and will be replaced with Loki. The logs are available from the OpenShift Console:
