Login to APPUiO Cloud was down for 30min

Due to a misconfiguration rolled out at 08:02 Login to APPUiO Cloud (via VSHN Account) was not possible on 2024-01-09 between 08:02 CET and 08:34.

The issue is meanwhile fixed.
